As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company if we are provided with accurate, complete, and current insurance information. If you have insurance, all copayments must be paid at time of service. If you do not have insurance, full payment is due at time of service.
We accept cash, check and major credit cards for your convenience. If you qualify, you can also implement an easy payment plan through CareCredit. Christine will be happy to help you with the application!
